Shipping Timeline

zayoon usually ships products within 14 days from the date of order confirmation. While we strive to dispatch every order within this timeframe, certain factors may cause delays.

If an order is not shipped within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded within one week or upon the buyer’s request.

Transit Delays

Delivery delays during transit are beyond our control and depend entirely on the courier service provider. Factors such as weather conditions, road blocks, courier pickup delays, or unforeseen circumstances (including COVID-related issues) may affect delivery timelines.

We request customers to place orders only if they are willing to wait for the delivery period mentioned above.

Courier Services

We ship orders through reputed courier partners such as DTDC, Professional Couriers (preferred), FedEx, Delhivery, Trackon, and India Post. Shipping rates displayed on the website are calculated using economical courier options.

Courier Availability

If DTDC or Professional Couriers are not available in your location and you prefer a different courier service, please inform us before the shipment is dispatched. Courier changes are not possible once the shipment has been handed over.

Delivery Limitations

zayoon is not responsible for non-servicing of courier agencies in certain towns or locations. In such cases, customers may be required to collect their shipment from the nearest courier office available for the given pincode.

Door delivery is not guaranteed in all locations. Please do not place an order if doorstep delivery is mandatory for you.

Remote Area Notice

Our dispatch location includes remote regions such as Wayanad. Road blocks, ghat section closures, or heavy rainfall may cause unforeseen shipping delays, which are beyond our control.

Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or inability to locate the recipient, a refund will be issued only after deducting the courier charges incurred.
